Membership Fees
Patients pay a quarterly or annual fee to access Dr. Fu’s concierge services.
A custom fee structure agreement is compiled for each client / family, depending on their needs and case complexity.

Per Visit Fees
Concierge Patients receive a discount on all appointments. The concierge fees for individual visits and phone calls:
Med/Therapy Appointments - $500 ($100 discount)
Medication Management - $300 ($50 discount)
15-minute Phone Call - $50 ($100 discount)
Home Visits - Variable Depending on Location
