What Does Concierge Psychiatry Look Like?
Direct Access
Anxiety and crises don't adhere to business hours. As a member of the Concierge Program, you are given my direct number for calls and texts. If I’m in an appointment, you can speak directly to my personal assistants, who can handle administrative needs or escalate the task to my attention ASAP.
1:1 Relationship
There are no "teams," no junior associates, and no gatekeepers. You work exclusively with me and my personal assistants. This continuity ensures that I know the nuances of your case, your family dynamics, and your medication history without you ever having to repeat yourself.
Priority & Flexibility
Members receive priority access to appointment slots, including same-day or next-day consultations for urgent matters. We offer extended appointment times and home visits — up to 90 minutes — to ensure no concern is ever rushed. If your schedule demands a session on a weekend or evening, we make it happen.
Care Beyond the Office
I coordinate directly with other specialists, schools, and employers on your behalf. Whether it's advocating for an IEP, speaking with a neurologist, or consulting with other private clinicians, I handle the clinical logistics so you don't have to.

Concierge patients and their families receive direct cell-phone access to Dr. Caroline Fu and her personal assistants at any time.

Patients pay a monthly fee to access Dr. Fu’s concierge services.

Concierge Patients receive a discount on all appointments. The concierge fees for individual visits and phone calls:
Med/Therapy Appointments - $600 ($150 discount)
Medication Management - $325 ($75 discount)
15-minute Phone Call - $50 ($100 discount)
Home Visits - Variable Depending on Location
